Behind the Mic: Global Book Crawl on The Booksellers Podcast

We’re thrilled to share that the Global Book Crawl made its podcast debut on The Booksellers Podcast! Hosted by Jaye Chin-Dusting of Mary Martin Bookshops and Mark Rubbo of Readings, this episode dives into the vision and journey behind our project.

For this special conversation, Brid Conroy, Jessica Stockton-Bagnulo and Federico Lang joined Jaye Chin-Dusting from the Mary Martin Bookshops and Mark Rubbo from Readings, Melbourne, Australia, to discuss what makes the Global Book Crawl unique. Together, we explored how this initiative connects bookstores worldwide and enriches local communities by celebrating the spirit of indie bookselling.

The podcast, which holds a special place in the indie bookselling community, aims to be informative and inspiring for anyone interested in the art of bookselling. Jaye and Mark’s enthusiasm for our project was energising, and their insightful questions helped us reflect on how the Global Book Crawl brings together the best of both local and global worlds.
